With a shared international background and a true ambition to excel in the food and beverage sphere, Ivan and Bogdan struck up a synergetic partnership from day one. In 2013, Ivan founded BB Burgers, which has quickly become one of the most successful burger restaurant chains in Russia. Meanwhile, Bogdan was having his own success becoming a key supplier to the nation’s capital, providing fresh vegetables and fruit from all over Russia.
Victoria Tishina – Head Manager
Магистр делового администрирования в сфере гостинично-ресторанного и туристического бизнеса. Прошла карьерный путь от официанта до метрдотеля в гостинице Radisson Collection, получила опыт аналитической работы в компании MARS, несколько лет управляла французским рестораном и кондитерской Ladurée в Москве. Считает, что главный залог успеха ресторана - это команда сотрудников, в которой каждый искренне любит своё дело, а главный фактор эффективности её работы - это личный пример руководителя.
Glen Ballis – Brand chef
Born in Australia, upon finishing culinary school, Glen worked eight years domestically before moving to Southeast Asia, where he spent the next twenty years fine tuning his trade, before moving to London. In 2006, he was offered a position to open a restaurant in Moscow and he never looked back. From there, he has positioned himself as a business partner with some of Moscow's top restaurants, renowned for their delicious tastes and eclectic styles. In addition, Ballis owns three restaurants in Singapore, which are managed by his son.
Roman Grachev – Chef
Began his career in Togliatti, where he passed training practice, and then continued his path in Sochi ("Baran - Rapan"). In 2017, he moved to Moscow and took up the position as a chef of the hot kitchen department at Fahrenheit. A year later he joined the Lucky Group restaurant group as a sous chef at Lucky Izakaya Bar. Worked as a sous-chef at Eva when it opened and six months later became a chef there. He believes that the main thing in work is, first of all, honesty towards himself.
Dmitry Romanov – Chief Operating Officer
Graduated with the diploma of ‘The economist-manager in the restaurant and hotel business’, at the age of 18 he started working as a waiter at Cafe ‘The Most’ and after 7 years he became the general director there, led projects in Gorky Park (‘Teplitsa’ and the ‘Peony’ cafe in the cinema ‘Pioneer’). He worked as a manager in restaurants in Moscow (‘Salumeria', ‘Moregrill'). He graduated from the Enotria wine school. He loves dogs.
Maxim Gorelik – Chef Bartender
The career began 7 years ago in Krasnoyarsk: first Maxim worked as a bartender in a small bar, a year later he participated in the opening of a cocktail bar. A couple of years he worked as a bartender in Krasnoyarsk, St. Petersburg and Moscow. At the same time, he took part in Russian and international competitions of bartenders: Cantineros De Rusia, Friends Cocktail Cup, Daiquiri Cup, Bacardi Legacy, DRWС, Disaronno. Prior to the launch of Margarita Bistro and Lucky Izakaya Bar restaurants, he worked as a bartender in Bruce Lee Bar projects and since the opening of CEVICHERIA. Despite the fact that each project is individual and unique, cocktail cards are designed in the same style - with his aesthetics and minimalism.
Elizaveta Yakovets – PR-director
Studying at the Faculty of Media Communications with a degree in Restaurant Marketing, she worked by her profession in Condé Nast publications. Since she was 20 years old she has been involved in restaurant PR. Having gained experience in a large advertising company, she opened her own agency and a year and a half later moved to Margarita Bistro and Lucky Izakaya Bar restaurant group. Key principles in work are maximum involvement, performance analysis and emphasis on brand management.
